Project Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system for internal and external users.
- Perform common help desk duties including password resets for various systems, basic troubleshooting related to hardware, software, network connectivity, user accounts, and standard applications.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
- Place orders for in-warranty computer hardware repairs.
Project Management
- Effectively communicate with vendors to convey what our customers are looking for and relay information and updates back to our customers.
- Balance working on multiple projects at once. This involves keeping in contact with vendors and customers and processing the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
- Must have the ability to get creative in finding solutions for our customers while understanding that providing what our customers need may not always be straight forward.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Help gather and organize project documentation and requirements.
- Possess a basic understanding of IT systems and deployments.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and highly motivated.
- Familiarity with procurement guidelines preferred.
