  1. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system for internal and external users.
  2. Perform common help desk duties including password resets for various systems, basic troubleshooting related to hardware, software, network connectivity, user accounts, and standard applications.
  3. Escalate issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
  4. Place orders for in-warranty computer hardware repairs.
       
 
Project Management
  1. Effectively communicate with vendors to convey what our customers are looking for and relay information and updates back to our customers.
  2. Balance working on multiple projects at once. This involves keeping in contact with vendors and customers and processing the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
  3. Must have the ability to get creative in finding solutions for our customers while understanding that providing what our customers need may not always be straight forward.
  4. Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  5. Help gather and organize project documentation and requirements.
  6. Possess a basic understanding of IT systems and deployments.
  7. Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Organized and highly motivated.
  9. Familiarity with procurement guidelines preferred.
